CXMT has announced that its fifth‑generation memory technology platform has entered mass production, unveiled at the 2026 World Manufacturing Convention.

The new platform reduces the memory array active area half‑pitch to 11.95nm, achieves a capacitor aspect ratio of 45:1, and lowers the core active region height to 6,762nm. These advances significantly boost storage density – wafer output per unit is over 50% higher than the previous generation.

The first product built on this platform, a 24GB LPDDR5X memory chip, is already in mass production and will be adopted in mainstream domestic flagship smartphones.
